Your machines already measure themselves. If your maintenance system cannot see any of that, you are paying people to notice what your sensors noticed weeks ago.
Koidra sells this as packages you take in the order you need them. Maintenance Management is the work-order system, $35 a seat against MaintainX Premium’s $65, and it stands on its own. DataPilot connects your plant data for $10 a seat. AI Advisory, $55 a seat, includes both and is where predictive maintenance comes from.

What a maintenance system never sees
A fan whose vibration climbs over five weeks raises four work orders in a CMMS. Each is opened, handled and closed on its own, because the trend that ties them into one worsening condition lives in process data the maintenance system has never looked at.
With DataPilot beside Maintenance Management, ours is the same record. The trend, the shift reading, the work order and the part all sit against the same asset on the same clock. Add AI Advisory and that record is watched: a condition opens a job before anyone notices, and the job is judged afterwards against what the machine actually did.
MaintainX shipped its own OT connectors in November 2025, so it can now reach plant data. The difference is what that costs and where it lands: Enterprise plan, additional cost, through middleware you license and run yourself, feeding a maintenance record rather than a process one.

Maintenance Management does work orders, assets, procedures and parts on a phone on its own, at $35 a seat, and you can set it up yourself. Anything on MaintainX’s list that is not on ours yet, we build on request, and we build it to sit on the sensor record rather than beside it.
