The role

We are seeking a talented Sales Director - North America, who will be responsible for leading the company's sales and go-to-market strategies and operations in the U.S. and Canada to achieve revenue growth targets. The preferred candidate is a high-performing business developer with a proven track record of B2B sales experience in Industrial Controls and/or Agriculture. This is a highly visible leadership role reporting to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

👉 Work with the leadership team to shape and implement the Sales OKRs.

👉 Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in North America region.

👉 Create customer-focused solutions to win high-value contracts and business.

👉 Identify, evaluate, and build strategic partnerships with customers, distributors, and others.

👉 Help guide product strategy, product development and marketing decisions to drive and maximize company revenues.

Qualifications

✅ At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Controls and/or Agriculture, preferably with experience in operations, industrial automation, industrial IoT or a related field.

✅ A track record of selling and deploying digital transformation solutions to enterprises and you know how to do it scalably. You are systematic and comprehensive on how you think about the sales process.

✅ Have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong ownership and customer obsession. You are willing to do groundwork, work in a fast-paced environment, and deliver the results.

✅ Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
