Koidra is seeking a Lead Product Manager to guide the company's product roadmap and effectively communicate plans and strategies to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology and have a background in B2B software product development, particularly in the industrial automation space.
Key responsibilities
👉 Lead Product Definition: Own and drive the customer-focused strategy, long-term goals, and working backwards documents. Analyze customer feedback, competitive landscape, and business metrics to inform direction.
👉 Define Product Vision: Shape the future roadmap, investment, innovation, and experimentation for the product.
👉 Execute Product Planning and Development: Ensure product development aligns with customer goals and business requirements, and manage product positioning.
👉 Lead Technical Team Interactions: Help the technical team make informed trade-offs based on customer requirements and oversee product quality assurance and testing.
👉 Monitor OKRs and Success Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of the product.
Qualifications
🔗 5+ years of experience in B2B software product development, with a track record of delivering impactful and customer-satisfying products
🔗 Experience in industrial controls, industrial automation, industrial IoT or a related field
🔗 Expertise in shaping business strategy for technical products or services
🔗 Ability to work with customers, technical teams, and management to gather requirements, define software product features, and provide technical guidance
🔗 Strong project management skills
🔗 Exceptional leadership, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
🔗 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent results
