We’re looking to hire industrial IoT applications engineers to help us scale the tech to many clients.
Key responsibilities
👉 Deploy our industrial IoT and automation solutions to customers and provide expert installation advice
👉 Advise clients on the selection of the best sensors for their specific requirements and budget constraints.
👉 Investigate and evaluate cutting-edge sensor and gateway technologies to enhance the customer experience
👉 Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
👉 Analyze customer expectations, needs, and preferences to enhance their overall experience
👉 Collaborate with the business team to monitor customer demands and discover new business opportunities
👉 Conduct on-site visits as needed to support customers and troubleshoot technical issues
Qualifications
🔗 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or a related field
🔗 Experience with the implementation and deployment of PLC/SCADA systems in an industrial setting
🔗 Professional experience in embedded programming on platforms such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino, etc.
🔗 In-depth knowledge of various environmental sensors and communication protocols
🔗 Broad knowledge of electrical instrumentation and devices
🔗 Strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills
🔗 Outstanding project management and communication abilities
🔍 Preferred: At least one year of experience in serving customers in the Agriculture industry or within a fast-growing technology company.
