We are seeking an Workplace Service Specialist to join our team and help support our daily operations and internal communications. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing admin tasks, supporting the team, and ensuring effective internal communication within the company.
Key responsibilities
👉 Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments and managing email and mail correspondence.
👉 Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and office security.
👉 Assist with organizing internal events and meetings, such as team building activities, all-hands meetings, and training sessions.
👉 Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and updates.
👉 Manage employee relations and provide general support to the team as needed.
👉 Manage and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
Requirements
🔗 1-2 years of administrative support or similar experience
🔗 Strong organizational and time management skills
🔗 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
